(This role will be located at our HQ in Seattle, WA. This is not a remote position.)


The Manager, Field Recruiting is an enterprise position (i.e., supporting Car Toys and Wireless Advocates) that will oversee recruitment efforts for our high-volume sales positions across the U.S. and in Puerto Rico. This role will report directly to the Chief HR Officer.


You will have the opportunity to lead a small team of Field Recruiters, an HR Analyst and a Recruiting Operations Specialist leveraging process/tools, systems and data. Additionally, this role will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for a small number of District Manager openings. This is a hands-on role that requires strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have superior communication and influencing skills and be able to collaborate at all levels across the organization.



  • Motivate and provide leadership and oversight to a team of Field Recruiters, HR Analyst and Recruiting Operations Specialist in operational execution, process expertise and standardization to deliver exceptional results;
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for internal clients (Hiring Managers) on Field Recruitment support, hiring practices/policies/processes;
  • Lead continued assessment of Field Recruiting Operations and identification of process improvement opportunities;
  • Work with stakeholders across HR and the business to drive continuous improvement and drive change where needed;
  • Support and evolve the recruiting strategies/plans based on business need;
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment activities for District Manager positions, as needed
  • Oversee various projects as assigned relating to process improvement, new tools/systems, job fairs, etc.




  • Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business or equivalent) preferred
  • 5-7+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis in sales or high-volume positions and ability to leverage sourcing tools and Boolean  
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of process and operations experience, preferably within HR
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present solutions to issues in a concise manner to varying levels of leadership
  • Superior written and oral communication skills are required
  • Working knowledge of HR applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Hands-on experience working with recruiting tools and social media
  • Demonstrated influencing, coaching and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated experience motivating, developing and retaining staff
  • Experience working with key stakeholders or cross-functionally to develop and deliver on recruiting strategies   
  • Demonstrated successful project leadership experience  
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma preferred
