    The Technical Program Manager role includes initiating, planning and executing intermediate to large scale, cross-functional and company-wide programs. The successful candidate will be technically strong, have a solid track record of program and project management, will have worked with a large number of internal customers to drive adoption, and will have demonstrated excellent leadership, along with superior organizational and communication skills

    • Lead planning, execution and delivery of projects across multiple teams (i.e. break down complex business requirements into manageable solutions, write functional specifications, create system design, solve complex technical problems, interface with multiple teams, and deliver solutions in a successful, agile, and timely manner)
    • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
    • Ability to define customer-focused scenarios, system and B2B integrations, author detailed technical specifications and work with partner teams to ensure that functional scenarios are delivered end-to-end
    • Possess strong cross team/group/organization collaboration skills
    • Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries
    • Communicate and report on current risks, mitigation plan and track executions of these programs
    • Own communication for technical delivery across projects with senior leadership and across partner organizations
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity


    • BS or MS degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
    • Drive strategy and roadmaps for enterprise services
    • Implement strong engineering practices and technical leadership
    • Strong problem solving skills, ability to influence multiple partner teams
    • Clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, and delegating authority throughout the organization leading to timely and effective decision making
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
    • Ability to collaborate, openly communicate, present and negotiate effectively across disciplines, vendors, partners and customers.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
    • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, delegate within team, and ability to work under deadline pressures.
    • Experience with EDI, Middleware solutions or equivalent professional experience
