    This Project Manager position manages key Enterprise strategic initiatives. Project management responsibilities include development of project conception, scoping, feasibility, planning, implementation and completion of projects on time; within budget and scope. The PM oversees all aspects of projects to milestones, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and tracks progress and reports progress-to-plan. You will be a direct leader, collaborator, and contributor in the execution of highly energized projects in a fast-paced environment.



    Reporting to: Sr. Director of Operations 



    Specific Responsibilities: 


    • Deliver successfully completed moderate to highly complex projects while managing to agreed upon scope, budget, and schedule.
    •  Partner with the business owner and collaborate with many functional disciplines, ensuring tasks are understood and resources are available and secured.
    •  Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
    •  Collaborate with the business areas across the enterprise to fully define business requirements and project feasibility working with stakeholders and business owners.
    •  Work with and lead key business resources to define, plan, schedule and deliver key initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.
    •  Produce all project documentation including project initiation documents, business requirements documentation, feasibility, detailed project plans, status and issue tracking and other project activities as needed.
    •  Resolve issues related to the scope, schedule and budget of project deliverables at the enterprise level.
    •  Execute governance of key project milestones.
    •  Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
    •  Provide regular project evaluations and assessment of results to key stakeholders.
    •  Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
    •  Ensure quality assurance.  
    •  Budget Responsibility: Medium to Large CAPEX Project Budgets, as well as Operating Expenses.




    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading moderate to highly complex projects
    • Demonstrated experience in developing full-scale project plans, including defining project tasks and resource requirements
    • Demonstrated experience in project management and adeptness at organizing and planning enterprise wide efforts.
    • Understand the key principles and dynamics surrounding wireless distributed retail and related services
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
