Wireless Advocates is seeking a Kiosk Greeter to join our Sales team inside Costco.  This is a seasonal position through December 31, 2017 (Thurs-Sun, up to an 8 hour shift) with the potential to move to a long-term sales role.  If you are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to earn great pay this might be the job for you!

Together with Fortune 100 channel partners and wireless carriers, our knowledgeable teams of on-site wireless professionals deliver high-value products and services, helping consumers connect and communicate every day. Wireless Advocates operates retail kiosks and online sales activities for our retail partner, Costco Wholesale.


Position Summary:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and welcoming Costco members entering and exiting the kiosk, ask qualifying questions, and ensuring members are introduced to the sales associate in a timely manner. 


  • Greet members in the warehouse and educate them on the benefits of purchasing their devices at Costco.
  • Complete company assigned trainings within given time period and demonstrate the ability to execute trained material.
  • Utilize tools and resources provided by the company to assist with executing job responsibilities.
  • Provide members with estimated wait times and reach out when ready.
  • Ask qualifying questions and ensure members have all information ready for sales associates to expedite the sales process.
  • Demonstrate superior service, integrity, determination, and enthusiasm in all interactions with customers, employees and host store personnel.
  • Adheres to dress code and demonstrates professionalism at all times.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and host store personnel.
  • Complies with corporate processes and policies.


  • Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday with open availability (up to an 8 hour shift)
