MISSION & SCOPE:
The Director of Learning & Development will have total responsibility for complete life-cycle training needs across multiple channels. This position combines visionary leadership with deep analysis and research to leverage emerging technologies and industry systems advancements, that will ensure lasting delivery of training and development to a diverse employee base. This individual must be able to able to lead a L&D team of professionals as well as demonstrate hands-on capabilities to engage in these activities where appropriate. The ideal candidate will work in heavy collaboration with executive leadership and to deliver programs that meet the needs of the customer
